Shirley Poppy 'Supreme' is a large flowering Papver rhoeas variety. The annual poppy mix includes a range of colors from soft pastels to rich orange and many bicolors. The blooms are single, semi double and double. Shirley Poppy Supreme blooms are much larger than the common Shirley Poppy. Each packet comes with complete growing instructions. 100+ seed per packet. Poppy seeds are tiny and difficult to count so I always include extras.
Poppies are easy to grow in full sun with well drained soil. Shirley poppies will reseed nicely around the garden. Seedlings are easy to recognize and pull if unwanted.
