Hill's Hardy Rosemary is a very cold tolerant Rosemary. Hardy Hill Rosemary is an upright variety that can grow 36 - 40 inches tall. The fragrant Rosemary produces sturdy stems with deep green foliage. The rigid stems are great used as skewers for cooking. Rosemary can be grown in beds or in container gardens. Plant Rosemary where you can enjoy the fragrance. I grow plants along the path of my herb garden where the fragrance can be release when brushed against. All herb plants are fully rooted in 4 inch nursery pots.

Rosemary will grow best in full sun and well drained soil. If you are unsure of your soil type grow Rosemary in a pot. Winter wetness, plants sitting in wet, poorly drained soil, will weaken the plant and may cause it to struggle through the winter. Rosemary grows very well in containers and can be brought in for the winter. This variety is hardy in zones 6-10.
